Ms. White is a Vice President at the Human Rights Campaign, where she leads national initiatives focused on storytelling, leadership development, and narrative change across LGBTQ+ communities.  Her work centers on advancing transgender justice, expanding HIV prevention and PrEP access, strengthening LGBTQ+ inclusion on HBCU campuses, and building leadership capacity within BIPOC LGBTQ+ communities.

Before stepping into her current role, Ms. White served as Deputy Director of Community and Volunteer Relations at HRC, where she helped grow and mobilize the organization's nationwide volunteer network and cultivate the next generation of movement leaders.  Earlier in her career, Ms. White worked in research and federal service as a methodologist at the U.S. Census Bureau and a study director at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, where she contributed to research and evaluation efforts across a range of social policy issues, including LGBTQ+ wellbing.  

Beyond her professional work, Ms. White is deeply engaged in community leadership.  She is co-founder and General Manager of the Washington Prodigy women's tackle football team, serves on the boards of Go Play DC and Rainbow Families, and has been a member of the D.C. Mayor's Advisory Committee on LGBTQ Affairs since 2020.  Across every role she holds, Ms. White is committed to building strong communities, elevating underrepresented voices, and creating pathways for others to lead.
